Edible Health Returns Policy (UAE Customers)

At Edible Health, we prioritize customer satisfaction and believe in the quality of our products.

If for any reason you're not happy with your Edible Health order, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your products at hellogcc@ediblehealth.com.

We'll be happy to offer a full refund (excluding any shipping costs) as long as the return criteria are met:

  • Unopened and Original Condition: The product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition they were received.
  • 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Didn't receive what you expected, even though it meets our criteria? We want to hear your feedback! Contact us at hellogcc@ediblehealth.com and let us know how we can improve.

Damaged or Faulty Products:

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at hellogcc@ediblehealth.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

 

Edible Health Returns Policy (Non-UAE Customers) 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the proof of purchase, should we need to refer to it.

In order to return your product, please contact hello@ediblehealth.com and provide your order number.  We will then provide you with return details. 

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item and  shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. 

Note that, depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you are due a refund and haven’t yet received it, please just check your bank account again, it can sometimes take a few days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is credited to your account and you should ask them what their policy is.
