Ingredients
- 1 cup (250ml) cold brew coffee
- 60ml double cream
- 2 tbsp Edible Health Collagen Coffee Creamer
- Optional: 3 - 5 drops of stevia to taste
Directions
- Pour coffee over ice into a large glass.
- Whisk together the cream and collagen creamer; not so much that you end up adding too much air to the cream!
- You can add some stevia at this point if you prefer a sweeter coffee.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the coffee. Stir and devour!
